I had to pay 75 plus court fees so it ended up cmoin out to 100 even. Judge said the cop gave me a break and i should be thankful. HA what does he know. I did learn one thing, despite the rumors, cops dont let hot girls off the hook. Cuz there was about 30 bangin chicks there......all of them for some type of traffic violation. went to johns for a fire last night. pretty fun. then to andys for "extracurricular activites" that was def. fun. Details: Went to giza round 630. we were there madd early so we just chilled outside and talked to a few of the bands. Met up with the usuals ( Mac, Adam, Senior Discount dudes, Bad Larry dudes) and met a few other new people who know someone else i know. small fuckin world. Bands: In The Face: Aweomse ska from lowell. They were filming their whole set and they had brought a huge crowd with em. Eveyrone was singing....we had out skankin shoes on and it was just the beginning. I Voted For Kodos: Awesome is the only word to describe them. They put on an amazing live show. We had a good amount of people skankin to these guys. They played my favorite song by them, My Other Girlfriend says i have to leave you" They were sick. The Know How: These were the guys who really wanted to see. People were goin off for these guys. I got to sing into the mic and talked to them after the show. They will be back here in July. Score Bad Larry: best RI ska band without a doubt. So fun...all of the RI regulars came out to support these guys, everyone was dancin and havin a good time. it was sweet. There was a lil drama between band members that caused their set to be cutshort but it was sweet nonetheless. its allllll over [24 Apr 2005|08:59pm] [ music | The Loved Ones - 100K ] vacation is over....RECAP Sunday: Went to dereks house for a campfire/shindig. buncha people came by...fuuun times. Monday: Chad, Andy, Derek came over to my house to watch the Sox and just chill. I went to work later on. Tuesday: Went to newbury comics with chad during day. blew shitloads of money on compact disks. went to guitar lesson at 7. Went to Nicks house around 9. buncha people showed up. fun times at his house around the campfire. slept over Wednesday: chilled at nicks for most of the day. went golfing with my grandfather at noon. Chad came over that night and we went fishing. so relaxing Thursday: Went to the Pawsox game with a few people. they won...it was fun.....i love baseball Friday: Worked then went to see The Bouncing Souls at the living room. This show was fucking insane!!! The bouncing souls tore the roof of that place, everyone was going crazy. The explosion and The Loved Ones also plated reaaal good sets. Saturday: nothing during the day. Went bowling with a bunch of people that night and had a lil parking lot party afterwards Sunday: spent my last day of vacation doing absolutely nuthing! wow, another update [20 Feb 2005|10:33pm] [ music | Lagwagon - Alien 8 ] busy weekend..... Friday: went with Chad to club Giza to see Bad Larry perform in the finals of the WBRU Rockhunt. The set was amazing but unfotunately they lost. we left after their set cuz all of the other bands stunk. We stopped at wendys on the way home and he crashed at my place. Saturday: went with Chad to meet Aaron at the museum of work and culture to work on Blackstone river class project. We got kicked out for no paying....assholes. That night i went alone, cuz noone wanted to come, to see Darkbuster at the living room. the crowd was horrible but Darkbuster was awesome. I got home around 2.....parentals were a lil unhappy bout that. Sunday: went to my grandmother for lunch then went to work. wicked exciting. I leave for NH tomorrow for a week of snowboarding, ill miss you all. We got there bout an hour early to meet john from Bad Larry to get tickets. he then invited us to go chill in their van with them. It wa madd fun. They gave us beer and reefer and it was a blast. now to the bands: - Bad Larry played first since they were the local opener. Serisouly, these guys are the effin shit and i love their live show. soooo good - Mu330 played second. They are from St. Louis and had only played here once 6 years ago so not everyone knew then and werent into them. I knew a few songs that they played and we skanked like crazy. they were good. - Voodoo Glowskulls played third. these guys are alright on cd, but live, i think theyre pretty boring. Too loud and they sound shitty. - Streetlight Manifesto played last and goddamn i was blown away. they are possibley one of the best live bands ive ever seen play. I got a spot right up front and sing along to the whole set. during point/counterpoint. thjey broke into a cover of Keasbey Nights which was awesome. For their encore they did a cover of Dear Sergio was was frikken excellent too. The show as a blast The Rhymes?

Big Dizzle and the Kids Tizzle [21 Jan 2005|09:09pm] ummm wow, the big d show last night was one of the best shows ive ever been to....rundown: picked chris up then went to Jersey Mikes....that place effin rules. Got to the living room bout an hour so we sat in the car anc chatted for a bit. went to stand in line for bout 20 mins in only t shirts freezing our asses off. Met up with the usual kids (mac, mohawk kid and his friends) that we see at all the local shows. first up: BI ANAL HAM SANDWICH!!! - wow, this guy is a frikken weirdo but we is awesome. he plays keyboard pop and does some acoustic guitar and sings about the weirdest shit ever. He was one of the funniest guys ive ever seen. Next up was Senior Discuont: - good local punk that mix in a few ska diddys. the guys themselves are reel down-to-earth fellas and funny as hell. They got everyone of their ass and moving. Thirdly was the Nice Ups: - these guys were some damn good traditional ska along the lines of the Skatalites and such. Everyone was dancing and having a blast of a time. Nexy up was Big fuckin D - one word to sum up their live show: INCREDIBLE! I have never seen a band go off as much and put as much energy into the show as the crowd does. kids were going insane. we skanked, sang along and had a fucking blast. ive seen em 5 other times...but not in such a small environment where everyone was so close and having so much fun. If u missed this show, im sorry cuz it was one of the funnest nigghts of my life! After the show, we stuck around for a lil bit and waited for Steve, the big d bassist cuz we had brought some stuff for them. We unloaded it into their van, chatted for a few mins with him and John Reilly and took some pictures then said our goodbyes. It was an awesome show and i can honestly say the living room is one of the best venues ive ever been to. The Rhymes?

Me joe and henry went sledding at Chase farm. soooo fun Last Friday - worked, chad came over after, we watched old school wrestling and ate pizza Last Saturday - Worked Last Sunday - Worked Monday - Worked Tuesday - Half day cuz of exams, went to empire buffet with steve chad derek claire and steph. fun time Wednesday - only had 1 exam so i left wicked early, went to best buy, went for food then came back to school to pick up my sis Yesterday - last day fo exams, went to TKO pizza with steve john chad steph and claire. Went to the Bad Larry show at the Living Room with Steve last night. WOW so fun. Bands: Luck Over spent - shitty ol ska band and this was their first show ever. Their originals sucked but they did some sweet covers of: - Guns of Brixton by the Clash - Look What Happened by Less Than Jake - She has a girlfriend now by reel big fish - Someday i suppose by the Bosstones The Flamingos - Awesome long island ska. The singer was out in the crowd all night and whenever the horn players werent playing, they were out skanking with us in the crowd. They were damn good. Tuesday: we had a big tailgate party after school at aarons car, tons of food and drink, dennis and brad played a set, Tim Dorsey brought his dj equipment and spinned for a bit. quite fun WEdnesday: After school we went to Henrys at night for a campfire. lots of kids went, we blew up stuff. Chads mom was out of town, so we slept at his house. We toilet papered some random house, we're badasses Thursday: Went with brendan to the red sox rally in p-rov. kinda fun, went to spikes then went to see ladder 49. fun fuuuun Friday: Me, chad, goodison, and roux all went to the strand for the Bad Larry/m80 cd release show. We saw all kinds of kiddies like Nick, Jon and his friends, Amanda and her friends, Stretch, and a slew of other cool kiddies. We skanked like mofos for Bad Larry and M80 was sick also. We stopped at Taco Bell after. We dropped roux and goodie off then went home. Saturday: I worked then went to steves for his party. we played alot of video games and drank alot of soda. Download it and ull know what i mean..... This weekend: Friday: Went to Dave Boulet's house for a shinding. It was quite fun. The funniest was the end when stone ran right into a fucking lawnchair running backwards in Daves backyard at night. He couldnt see it at all, soooo funny, he broke the chair. Saturday: Worked then headed to Ocalls house for the annual halloween bash of sorts. It got there round 830 and everyone had already been there a while.
